Aico AC2000DC Petrol Generator

The Aico AC2000DC is a compact, suitcase‑style portable generator designed for light household and field use. Inside its rugged steel frame sits a reliable 2‑stroke, air‑cooled engine that delivers up to 750 watts of continuous AC power (850 W surge) at Kenya’s standard 230 V / 50 Hz, plus a handy 12 V DC outlet for battery charging. A 3.5‑litre top‑mounted fuel tank keeps the set running for roughly 6–7 hours on a single fill, while the pull‑start recoil system, integrated carry handle, and sub‑30 kg weight make it easy to move and deploy. Low‑maintenance features—simple carburettor, washable foam air filter, and easily‑accessible spark plug—mean servicing can be done with basic tools. Built‑in circuit protection guards against overloads, and rubber feet dampen vibration, keeping noise around 65 dB at seven metres—quiet enough for backyard or campsite use. With its blend of affordability, portability, and just‑enough capacity for essentials like lights, TV, or phone charging, the AC2000DC is a popular choice for homeowners, small kiosks, and technicians needing occasional off‑grid power.
